Pleasure tsa manyalo vol 7-Seatlantepeng.

Pleasure tsa manyalo o ja leoto ka vol 7

She’s renowned for producing festive season hits, and this year, the hit maker of Lefotwana, Kgalemela lenyatso and Laela is back to do what she’s generally known for, producing great music.

Manyalo’s conspicuous and noteworthy artist, Pleasure Peta, is set to release her seventh project in exactly 15 days from today, Friday 15 November 2013.

From vol 1 Setagwa in 2005 to Pleasure vol 6 Banyadi, all Pleasure’s albums turned out to be hits with many of her fans dancing to her melodious sounds. If history is anything to go by, Pleasure vol 7 will keep her fans on their toes.

Last week I had the privilege of watching Pleasure perform some of her hit songs from Vol 7 in Thembisa, Phumlani Mall.

Exceptional sound beats, perfectly mastered and satisfactory lyrics complemented by Pleasure’s mesmerizing voice, indeed Seatlantepeng, the title track of her vol 7, has all the ingredients needed to make the album a hit of all seasons.

To give the album a remarkable rhythm it deserves, Pleasure and her dancers have pioneered “re ja leoto” dance moves to aggregate the sound beats of all songs, with the dance moves of the plug track Re ja leoto, in particular, are exceptionally choreographed.
Re ja leoto is a happy wedding song that says people should be happy, cheerful and enjoy themselves at a wedding celebration.
“Rena re lenyalong, thabang ka moka. Bonang makoti le mokgonyana bona ba ya tsena, ba ja leoto ba tieleng matsong” part of the lyrics says.
Pleasure goes further to say “Anke le emeng, le jikeng,  le swaraneng ka matheka re jeng leoto rena re lenyalong”.

believe me when I say if you see Pleasure and her dancers dancing for this song, turning around and holding their waists as the song says, you’d wish to get married immediately. Superb!

I must confess I’ve never heard a hit track like this one in the manyalo industry before. Perfection at its best! Bliss.

In Pleasure vol 5 and 6 in the songs Moipone and Nyatsi, respectively, Pleasure lambasted girls who developed an ignominious tendency of wanting to be mistresses or date married men.

But in Seatlantepeng vol 7 Pleasure turns the tables around and takes swipe at cheating men.

“Matswale monna wa ka yena o fetogile, ke seatla ntepeng… Bolela le morwa wa gago twatsi e iphile maatla re ka hwa ra sia bana e le ditshiwana.”
Vol 7 also has many other hit tracks. The count down continues and we can’t wait for the release of the album on Saturday 30 November, “wa go hloka pelo a itekeletse.”
